Job Description
The Customer Success department is a team that bridges the gap between technical understanding of our solutions and fostering long-term strategic relationships with our clients.
As a Customer Success manager, you will be responsible for technical relationship management with our clients, which includes onboarding our main solutions, evaluating and delivering client requests for improvements, and proactively reaching out to the clients to ensure alignment between our products and the clients' business goals.
Customer Success Manager Duties
- Maintaining an expert level of Company products knowledge
- Maintaining an expert level of the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms
- Working with clients to establish and achieve goals
- Gathering customer feedback and requests on a regular basis, summarizing and providing reports to stakeholders on product performance
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation based on recurring issues
- Crisis management and problem ownership
- Facilitating communication within the team for efficient problem resolution
- Reporting progress and status updates clearly to senior management, clients, and sales/account managers
- Maintaining CRM and other company’s systems
- Training customers and colleagues to use products and new features
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Driving increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth
