At Brokeree Solutions, we build software products for the financial industry. For more than 10 years, we’ve been developing and supporting solutions used by brokerage companies across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America.
We are looking for a Product Manager who can combine strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive product growth and deliver measurable business impact.
This role involves close collaboration with development, sales, and marketing teams, as well as active participation in shaping product vision and strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve product vision based on customer needs, sales insights, and business goals
- Drive key product initiatives from idea to execution
- Create and maintain a transparent product roadmap
- Generate, validate, and prioritize product hypotheses
- Research new product opportunities and market directions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute product ideas
Projects You’ll Work On
- Large-scale fintech solutions
- Integrations with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and cTrader
- Internal automation services and tools
- Both fast-moving startup initiatives and long-term product development
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or SaaS
- Experience conducting user interviews and working with product analytics
- Ability to write product requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery timelines
- Experience working with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) for communication with international teams
- Strong critical thinking and business-oriented mindset
